Courtesy of the Downtown Merchants, First 75 Minutes are Free,

 Each hour or part of an hour after the initial 75 minutes is $1.50.

 Each parker is entitled to one 75 Minute free period per 24 hours.

Fees Accrued
Sunday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday & Saturday 7:30 AM – 2:00 AM

*NOTE NEW SUNDAY HOURS 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM*

Disabled Rates
First 2 ½ hours are FREE, each hour or part of an hour after the initial 2 ½ hours is $1.50.  The daily maximum is $7.00.  A valid placard or plate is required to receive this rate.

Pre-Paid Parking Cards
A Pre-Paid Card is the new and easy way to pay for parking.  Just present at the exit and go!

 Pre-Paid Cards are available for purchase at the Downtown Parking Office.  Cards may be recharged at the Downtown Parking Office up to the original purchase amount only.

   Cards are available in $30, $60, $90, & $120 denominations.

*Not Valid in City Lots 4 & 5

Where to Park

Santa Barbara's Downtown Public Parking Lots offer convenient access to Downtown, Old Town, and Waterfront businesses. Conveniently located throughout the downtown are pedestrian Paseos which link the parking lots to State Street and the surrounding area!

Rules & Regulations

• Park in marked stalls.  Head in parking only.
• Lot open 24 hours.  Maximum stay is 72 hours.  Vehicles left over 72 hours subject to tow away (Except Depot lot).
• No vehicles over 24 feet.
• No distribution of hand bills or flyers
• Vehicle assistance is available
